Businesses can claim, correct, update, or remove profiles.
Every profile is reviewed by a person before it appears in the directory. We check that the business is real, that the listed services match what the business publicly offers, and that contact details are accurate. Profiles that cannot be verified are not published.
Each profile follows the same structure: services, service area, contact details, and common questions. The visible information must match the machine-readable structured data attached to the profile. Discrepancies are corrected or the profile is removed.
We reject profiles that use keyword stuffing, unsupported claims, misleading service areas, or fabricated credentials. Paid placement never changes these standards—Priority Profiles are reviewed under the same rules as free profiles.
A business can claim its profile at any time to correct, update, or remove it. Removal requests from verified owners are honored promptly. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or any particular visibility outcome.
